Hi Patric,
Just read your blog! I am in 50yrs old and can’t tell you how much I identified with your comments and experiences, I am extremely new to internet business (I am in constuction as a manager)but don’t want to do this till I retire. I have already spent a fortune on all these so called fancy promises and the consistency I can claim, is that they all fail, I would like to keep in touch now and then and look forward to maybe one day meeting you in person to shake your hand.
TODAY may just be the turning point and hopefully success is just around the corner.
Keep up the good work.
ps. my site is under construction cant seem to get it sorted..
All the best,
Mark

Hi Patric…
I too have found myself, eager to get started online to make some money, taken in by misleading and very dishonest marketers making unfounded claims.
I have been impressed with the material you have made available to your subscribers. And, this 2.0 Niche Marketing info and your report are quite promising for those who aggressively follow the suggestions. I am eager to pursue them and look with new hope to achieving great results.

Hello Patric,
You are laser focused on what is really working right now and into the future….I did my homework and I can tell you have created much more than just some tips with an upsell and monthly recurring. I can easily see the pieces you are putting together in this formula and it is a much needed explanation of how to succeed in todays online environment. I am hoping you can drop me an email and let me know the key features that you will be offering…i.e. like any webhosting and such, because I am building and investing in a site right this moment but I want to participate in your launch, but I dont want to duplicate what I will be doing in the next 12 days leading into your launch. So If I know the key features you will be offering that will help.
February 14th, 2008 at 4:08 pm
Hi Patrick,
I just finished reading the report and feel this might be what I’m looking for.
Can I know if there are these features included in the system: bookmark it, print a page/article, article/content scheduled to appear, import/export multiple articles/files, filtering duplicate content (multiple submission of the same content…etc.) And I’m also interested to know if there’s a special feature to automatically reject or delete content that are inappropriate or submitted to the wrong categories because spending the whole day moderating the content isn’t a pleasant idea.
And lastly, can you give a hint on how much this system’s gonna cost?
Sorry for bombarding you with a bunch of questions :0 but I’ll certainly appreciate your kind response. Thanks!

I just finished reading your report and have to say that in its twenty-six pages you have opened my eyes to an exciting new marketing model. Your report also does more to demystify Web 2.0 than any anything else I have read.
Niche2Report is both a moving account of your struggle for success and a valuable learning instrument.
Thank you for making this report freely available.

Hi Mark,
Whenever you get dirt kick in your face and you stand up, you become stronger– immune to that damn dirt.
Today, might be the day of your turning point. Stand up and celebrate.
Hi nellygb,
I visited your blog to check it out and congrats on setting that up. I saw you have a lot of posts without comments which show me a sign that you might not be getting visitors. So it’s obvious that your major factor is how to get traffic to your website and build a relationship so that the visitors will read your blog. It’s common sense but a lot of people just miss the ‘basics’.
Also, just in case if you’re not aware of, if I’m not wrong, “Nike” word is a trademark. So by having the word “Nike” in your domain name, I believe Nike have a ground to file a case for it if they want to. Again, I’m not an attorney. I’m just giving you my advice.
Warm regards,
Patric Chan

Wow, thanks Patric for the reply, you certainly teach alot just by your actions….I am taking notes at all times! I think what you are offering could very well make a few people a very good living just by promoting it as an affiliate….so please…count me in!
February 16th, 2008 at 3:32 pm
Finally! Something that makes sense. No hype - no bull%$#@ - just valuable information. Looking forward to more of same.
Thank You Partic

Hi HumbleDave,
You’re welcome. For Niche Marketing 2.0 concept, I would prefer to generate income as an affiliate because this allows me to be ‘non-attached’.
In Niche Marketing 2.0, your site is your product because it has a value as explained in the report.

Hi Patric,
Can this concept be applied to an existing blog or it represents a new blog created/hosted at the Niche 2.0 site?
February 17th, 2008 at 6:35 pm
Hi Patric,
I immediately printed and read your report. This looks really exciting!
I want you to know how much I appreciate all the insight you’ve been providing to me on the calls. I encourage anyone reading this to join in next time.
Your system is a blessing not only to my business, but also to me and my family.
Thank you, Patric.
You Chan Do It! and I’ll help.

Hi puterbiz,
Good question. The answer is yes and no. Yes means there are some Niche Marketing 2.0 advantage and concept that can be applied to a blog but not all.
For instance, I’ve given an example how you can make 10 fold income by selling the whole site than trying to sell an info-product. But if you have build your site on a blog, it’ll be harder to sell than a stand-alone content site.
Like would you prefer to buy a dog training blog or a dog training site if both traffic are equal and price’s the same?
A blog IS one of the feature in Niche Marketing 2.0.
Thank you.
Patric

Hey David,
Thank you very much for your kind words. About the call, I assumed that you’re referring to http://www.chandomembership.com. But others would not be able to join at this stage because it’s close to the public.

Great report!
I have shared it on my blog and I am sure my subscribers will benefit from it.
I love the way the report sounds personal at the beginning and absolutely professional at the end.
It was refreshingly different from other free content I have downloaded.
Thanks Patric for the great report.
February 18th, 2008 at 3:59 am
Hi Patric,
When you mention passive income do you mean from becoming an affiliate for Niche 2.0 or that is part of the monetization of the niche site that we build? In what way? Membership? upgrades for content contributors?
February 18th, 2008 at 7:35 am
Hi HumbleDave,
I want you to imagine this way– Let’s say your site have real ongoing content and consistent traffic from the search engines.
Logically, whatever you promote on your site WILL make money. I would prefer to promote affiliate program because I do not have responsibility.
In Niche Marketing 2.0, products are promoted indirectly and ’softly’ to enhance relationship-building with prospect.
You may sell memberships if you want if you have your own product. Memberships is one of the ways and it doesn’t need Niche Marketing 2.0 to sell that. My point is, Niche Marketing 2.0 is a concept to build successful online businesses. Membership is a business model to generate income.
I hope this make more sense.

Hi Patric
I leave this comment after read your report for 4 times. It is very impressing me. I wish to have the “CHAN” spirit to start my own internet business. I’ll never ashamed to tell you that i was spent several years and “wasting” my money to make it success. Sadly no improvement. Hope this NM 2.0 system will help me to do that. TQ very much .

Hi Daniel Roberts,
The internet’s speed is always on the fast lane. What use to work previously will still work but it’ll be more supreme if we innovate it to fit what the market wants now.
Hi Rhonda and oktant,
You’re welcome.
Hi Miclee,
Thanks for sharing. There are only two reasons why you failed if you have invested into courses. ONLY TWO. One, the stuff doesn’t work. Second, you did not take action.
If the case is because of inaction, that’s good news because you “CHAN” now do it!
For the case of buying wrong course, the only advantage you have is to learn a lesson when it comes to evaluating a good program in the future.
You “Chan” Do It!

Hi Patric,
As both an online and offline retailer, I can tell you that your report hits the nail on the head.
Web 2.0 is about building relationships, loyalty, and trust with an online audience.
Just as in the “bricks and mortar” world, once you’ve achieved success at that, sales and income growth will follow naturally.
