I’ll be creating more content on Niche Marketing 2.0 and if you want to make sure you’ll be receiving them, subscribe to the list at the left hand side. This will include content on the other Characteristics of Niche Marketing 2.0.I have to admit – I’m not a pro when it comes to doing video.
I’m sure it wasn’t the most professional or properly designed video you’ve ever seen!
If you find value of what you’ve watched or like it, any comments of yours will be most appreciated, since I read every one of them personally. (smile)

Hi Patric,
Nice concept. I do agree with you that the consumers have become smarter and savvier today. The importance of positioning ourselves as trustworthy will be crucial in times to come.

Hi Patric,
Thank you for sharing this training. I’ve gotten several good ideas how to position my product in the niche market now.
At this moment, I’m using my blog to get traffic. Do you have any tip how to position my blog as an authority?
I would appreciate your opinion on this.
Thanks,
James

I think your new idea of this is great.
You always provide valuable information for your subscribers and update them with the latest trend.
As a marketer who teaches newbie to get started online, I can understand how challenging it gets to build a successful online business from scratch. But I believe by starting with Niche Marketing 2.0, most newbies will be on the right track because it’s about following the latest trend of opportunity.
But at the same time, I think your idea may not be easily conceptialized as you’ve discussed in the video because ideas and application can be two different world.
I look forward to see your system when it’s ready soon.
Cheers,
Ian Trump, the “Newbie Coach”

Long Term value is so key I agree, as well as building athority. Patric I am so glad to see you sharing your knowledge and giving first, I always model after that.

My God, i think i have a lot of idea now! Thank u for sharing this concept. I very like it.

hi Patric, i think the video is removed.. can u repost it? or email it to me? thanks!
February 10th, 2008 at 11:49 pm
Patric
While a lot of what you said is essentially correct, for the life of me I can’t see what you are suggesting is a new “trend” emerging in Internet Marketing.
Instead I see only a great name waiting for a trend to come along that it can put its name to.
Building niche content sites, attracting organic traffic, and monetizing it through Adsense or other means, with some email marketing thrown in, is not new information or a new trend in anyone’s imagination.
Sorry mate, but this concept is going to need a lot more work to take off… so that you can set yourself up as THE authority in niche marketing… because customers ARE a lot smarter than they were in 1995 when I built my first niche content web site as described above (minus the Adsense).

Stephen

Hi Wayne,
Glad you like it. And I’m sure you’ll like Niche Marketing 2.0 System when it’s ready on the 26th February.
James,
Good you get some nice ideas. To position your blog as an authority, you need to define what kind of authority you want to be positioned as.
Are you looking at the angle of making your name or your blog’s url to be an authority?
For instance, if it’s a blog, then it’s the content that plays the main role.
An extreme example is like http://blogs.zdnet.com/microsoft/, positioned as the authority for Microsoft.
If you search for “about Microsoft”, this blog will come up on page 1 of Google.com.
It’s been visited by those who wants to know Microsoft updates and information and the blog will include valuable information.
I hope this make sense to you. Stay tune for Niche Marketing 2.0 System because there will be a module training on the topic of ‘Authority Positioning’.
Thanks.

Hi Ian,
Thank you for your compliment. Regarding implementation, it would be difficult without the right tools.
So that is why, the application will require:
1. The medium which is the website and software.
2. The strategy which is getting the right information how this can be executed based on solid research and testing.
Although it may sound like a new complex trend, it’s actually particularly easy for newbies because they just need to follow the steps provided.
Warmest regards,
Patric Chan

Hi MoneyInMeds,
The ‘trick’ to build long-term is about how we can serve the prospects first before asking for their trust. This is done by providing real content and doing what we can to understand the market.

Hi Stephen,
Thank you for sharing your opinion on the other side of the perspective.
“Building niche content sites, attracting organic traffic, and monetizing it through Adsense or other means, with some email marketing thrown in, is not new information or a new trend in anyone’s imagination.”
Niche Marketing 2.0 is about how to integrate Niche Marketing with the emerging (or emerged) trend especially the web 2.0 elements. That is the reason why the fundamental will always stay the same because they have been proven to work but how it can be adapted into the best shape to fit the market.
I’ll explain more at later stage but thanks for bringing it up.
Warmest regards,
Patric Chan

Patric:
I finished reading your niche 2.0 and it sounds great only wish i could get my wife to buy it for me but she said no business plans before we move to Minnesota. Since we don’t know how much money we will have to move on she wants to save what we have left to put on a truck for moving our stuff!
Anyway it sounds real good but I cannot go against my wife of almost 6 yrs! She is a real sweetheart!
Anyway I really like your business plan if you want to call it that. And I think that it would really help me too bad I don’t know if I was going to make enough money filling out surveys to pay for the plan then i could get it out of the survey money!
I have an Idea for something and I am going to start writting on it later today when I get up! If you had some sort of payment plan I might be able to talk my wife in to that if it wasn’t too much money per month say $20 to $30 /month I might be able to talk her in to that I don’t know without asking her and you would have to okay it too!
Anyway i know that you will make money with your cource! My wife knows that I got burned for $750.00 about 7 yrs ago for an internet marketing plan. So she is rea l skeptical about me finding anything that has to do with making money more like she says that I will just burned on any plans again is all!
Well you have a great cource there and I wish I had the money for it I would get it!
I am going to look at some internet marketing letters I have gotten from a couple of guys and see if I can get the jist of writting a good introduction letter!
Well anyway good luck with your cource!
Have a great day and don’t let the little things bug you!

Hi Patric,
Someone pointed you out to me, said they’d learned a lot from you and are doing quite well now. I thought as a newbie that I should check you out. I pick up many things I’ve been hearing about but didn’t understand like 2.0 marketing. I think I’d better stick around for more. Keep up the good work.
February 17th, 2008 at 9:57 pm
Patric -
It’s interesting, and disturbing, that so many of your ‘comments’ are written in the same language you use yourself. In other words, most of them appear to be written by the same person.
Well, good luck -
Barb
February 18th, 2008 at 2:21 am
Hi Barb,
Thanks for bringing it up. After going through, I realized you’re right! This probably proof that a lot of them are immersing the same concept here. If we see again, most of the posters have their own websites. If these are bogus comments, I think I’ll be spending a lot of time buying domain names and setting up sites.
You can also check out the other interesting post which have a lot of comments from others at http://nichemarketing2.com/blog/?p=4
Thanks!

February 18th, 2008 at 3:33 am
Hey Patric,
that last comment by Barb is a little bizarre she left..sad….especially when you provide generous helpful info upfront….but you handle it very classy. Guess she never heard of Whois.com I guess people do get burned alot on the web…but its like getting out of bed…might as well make the best of it no matter what happened yesterday.
But anyway….I just wanted to comment that I finally get it…what you are putting together. I was set to create a blog with blogi360 system but now I see the true value in a content site. There is more value in a site that I dont even have to create all the content and I can still offer cutting edge relevant info to my visitors. (then sell it) So Now I am just counting down the days because I want to get started immediately!

Listen carefully to this guy. I’m not saying he’s the first chap to say these things, he is not, but he has picked up on the fact that niche marketing pages selling ebooks tend to be search engine unfriendly, as we all know, so I am curious to see hi proposed solution when it is launched. Interesting he is using wordpress for this site.

Is your 2007 courseware superceded by the Niche Marketing 2.0 courseware?

If I set my own Niche Marketing 2.0 site:
You mentioned that those who contribute contents in my above site have a chance to make money. But if I own the Niche Marketing 2.0 site, where, how and from whom do I make my money? In other words, what are the various ways can I earn my income from my owm Niche Marketing 2.0 site?
I am sure those who are interested to invest in your Niche Marketing 2.0 system and operate it on their own will want to know how they can make money from it.
Thanks

Have A question. My web sight is about free information on how to make A small income online for free. IS does your product explain how do i set my self apart form all the other make money online programs. What keywords do I use to make it on the search engines at the top with out spending more than im making at the time. MY sight is more information than montzation right now as I dont have any traffic.
February 25th, 2008 at 10:26 am
Hi Stephen Spry,
Good to hear your question answered.
Jaquone Jefferson,
Pertaining to your question, it’s hard to give a straight answer without being in that particular industry or to know more. Generally, marketing or business is not what I’ll consider a niche.
At the same time, Cooperative Marketing business may be a niche but the audience might be limited. Therefore, Niche Marketing 2.0 might be used in a different angle.
Hi Gordon Phua,
There are many ways income can be generated through Niche 2.0 Site, including promoting affiliate programs and so on. Do read the “How To Make 6-Figure Income In Niche Marketing” for a better idea at
http://nichemarketing2.com/blog/?p=4
Michael Burse,
Although teaching others how to make money is definitely a very lucrative niche, but it might be competitive especially if you’re new to the market. More explanation about niche marketing is at http://nichemarketing2.com/blog/?p=6
To answer your other questions, please wait until Niche Marketing 2.0 System to be launched at 9.00 AM EST, 26th Feb at http://www.nichemarketing2.com.
Thanks!

Nice to hear from you again, Patric. You may want to remove all the small sized bullet points in your presentation. Also, you’ll need to speak at least 20% faster than you normally do when creating videos like this otherwise it gets draggy. I guess I have a short attention span

Hi Chan,
Thank you for sharing using the latest marketing tactic, the video. I do enjoy listening to you speak.
The best part of your Niche Marketing 2.0 video is, it makes me wonder which way internet marketing will be heading. I’m sure there are large changes coming.
Some of us will be ready for these changes, and I believe you will be one of them.
February 26th, 2008 at 4:31 am
I can’t wait to get my hands on your product. I love the graphics and the video presentation which makes me think of how I could integrate this with Affiliate Video Brander. Also for promoting your Niche Marketing 2.0 as an Affiliate where do we sign up?
I see it’s not listed in Clickbank or is it that you just use the “Gurus” to send to their list first then let the “others” promote… quite tricky eh?
Two more hours to go Yuhooo…
Yes you Chan;-) I like that!
Due Ni Hui Si Ba?
February 26th, 2008 at 5:48 am
Hi Gobala,
Good to ’see’ you. Yeah, I’m pretty bad with presentation and doing recording.
Hi Gerrit,
Thanks!
Hi Heather Hargrave,
One of the many ways to build a relationship is how to position yourself as the ‘go to’ person in your particular niche so that they’ll be looking forward to hear from you.
Hi Janis Searcey,
Thanks for the compliments. Doing my best with English.
Hi Suzanne Grant,
You sound excited!
You can stream video on a Niche 2.0 Site as well, so you’ll see soon.
For the promotion, it’s kinda close promotion and only a few selected ‘gurus’ are involved. I didn’t use Clickbank.com for this.
One more hour to go…

Hi, Patric.
I was in your seminar in Oct 2007, at Jo Han Mok’s event. Many of the course participants were rather excited with your Niche 2.0 strategy. But perhaps it was inconvenient for people to travel up to KL to attend your course.
So it’s a good thing that you’re launching this online.
Good luck with the launch! Your niche marketing software sounds like a complete package solution for internet marketers.
P.S. I’m thinking how it’ll fit in with my tooth whitening site.

Hi Jeed,
Thank you for letting me know your level of knowledge.
NM 2.0 System is suitable for newbies. There is no requirement of being excellent in English to make full use of it because you’re not involved in writing salesletter or a book.
Although I know it’s suitable fot you, but I don’t want you to get the wrong impression that it has *magic power*.
I would suggest you to read the page again if you’re keen because once 200 are gone, I will not be taking any more clients:
http://www.nichemarketing2.com
Hi Jaslene,
Yes, I’ve shared the concept and strategy at the seminar. What’s offered in NM 2.0 System is the full-fledge and complete package for what’s taught in the seminar.
http://www.thetoothwhitening.com/SitePage/ looks like a nice page.
The question is, what niche market it is in and what is the real busines model for it?
NM 2.0 System is not about the site or software but learning how Niche Marketing 2.0 concept will show you how to create a real business in a niche market for long-term profit.
It’s detailed at:
http://www.nichemarketing2.com
Thanks,
Patric

February 28th, 2008 at 1:39 am
Hi, Patric.
Thanks for taking the time to check out my tooth whitening site. You’ve hit the nail right on… I’m still fumbling around, and trying to learn the ropes, and hopefully monetize it in a couple of months.
I’m targeting it as a niche market, for people searching for information about tooth whitening and related dental/health care tips.
I don’t have a firm business model in mind, but I agree with what you shared at the seminar. The internet market is fast-changing, and what worked in the past may not work in the future. So it’s important to build a site that attracts a lively community, and have lots of dynamic content.
I’m learning and failing and refining my techniques along the way. It’s not easy…
But I think your software will be useful for people who want to automate part of their work.
Keep up the good work!
… Jaslene

Dear Patric Chan,
I’m new to the world of working on the internet.I really would like to learn how to be successful like you are.I was sent this opportunity by Shawn Casey. He also is very successful.Like I said I’m new to this and I don’t have alot of money or good credit. From what I do understand you guys know what your talking about.Maybe you can give some advise on someone in my financial situation can get started without having good credit or alot of money.I don’t even have a website or any products or any ofthe stuff you keep refering to.It is probably not in your interest to waste your time on someone like me.
February 28th, 2008 at 12:27 pm
Hi D,
Thank you for your comment. If you’re just starting new, it’s important to look into programs that provides an action list or step-by-step guide.
I’ll do my best to work with the 200 clients for NM 2.0 System. This will also include 6 tele-classes if any questions arise. As of today’s post of mine, there is only 116 positions left at http://www.nichemarketing2.com.
Hi Jaslene,
Thanks for taking the time to reply. I will not try to sell you NM 2.0 System here because it’ll be biased.
I wish you all of the best in your venture for your new site!
But if I can give my 2 cents opinion, making money online by building a business to generate income is two different thing. The later would be a better preference because you’ll have a strategy to execute.
Hi Ken Anderson,
THANKS!
John Christian,
Thanks for your message. yes, Shawn Casey is a very successful marketer and I have high respect for him.
Years ago when I was ‘new’, I did the mistake that everything will work out like how the marketers who sold me his courses told me.
If you’re new, it’s important to pay attention to advice from success proven marketers like Shawn Casey.
Secondly– ask more powerful question like:
“How can I do this?” then “Why I cannot do this.”

Your program is very interesting to me..
I noticed you offered to actually build the web site for the first few purchasers. What do the rest of us need to do to actually get the site developed, especially if we are not web savvy?
Thanks!
March 2nd, 2008 at 3:33 am
Hi Diana,
Thank you for your interest. We actually setup and develop the site for you but for the first 50 customers, we’ll design a customized set of header and ecover for the site.
Once the Niche 2.0 Site is ready, you do not need to be technical savvy because it’s been created to be used for markters, not programmers. Also, we provide detailed steps for you to follow easily.
Check if there are still any copies left at:

Patric,
Maybe it’s all those years of studying your work and the works of others in the areas of IM and Self Improvement, but I’ve read through all of the comments here and what I see is a tremendous opportunity to be of service to all of these people.
With “Niche Marketing 2.0″, you are serving a market that can afford spending a thousand or more dollars, if not in one shot, then over 60 days. That leaves the system out of reach for many, including me. We just don’t have the money.
I came up with an idea in the middle of the night recently that I present on my new site, http://www.daypenny.com. Readers can reach the site by clicking on my name above. All is explained there. Hopefully, it can be of some assistance to those who have had to pass on this wonderful opportunity that you have presented to us.
I know we’ve entered into the “waiting list” mode. And time will tell how things develop over the next week or two. I am hoping I can position myself to take advantage of any openings that may occur. If it happens then it will be to the benefit of many who visit Day Penny.
If it doesn’t happen then I’ll be ready with a “Plan B”.
Thank you, Patric.
Best of Luck to You and All of the 200 Participants,
Scott Ryan

Hi Patrick,
Jeremy here. from the same small little Island…
Thanks for sharing the info on niche marketing 2.0
No doubt Internet Marketing is changing tremendously…
Method using in 2006 might be a bit outdated in 2008 todays.
I enjoyed using web 2.0 technique to drive traffic to my website.
There are totally free and easy to maintain..
Hope to meet you one day… I stayed close to your office..
